We are delighted to announce an exciting new initiative for HEP member schools, that provides simple, cost-effective digital safeguarding for all children both inside and outside the school gates.
SchoolsMobile can now help all HEP member schools and parents keep their children safe and engaged in technology in a balanced and age-appropriae manner.
*We are offering all particpating schools free protection for a period of 6 months from the 31st May 2024. (see offer details below)

We are building in as much flexibility to the HEP platform so you and your parents can decide how (or even if you want to continue using SchoolsMobile - we hope you do!) you want to continue using the service. Our commitment to HEP schools is that the maximum cost per child per month will be £3. Depending on the way in which you wish to continue that price will be considerably lower.
We will also be sending out regular updates to participating schools that will explain, in simple terms, how this initiative is impact on child wellbeing and safety. These updates are great to keep parents engaged.
At the end of November 2024, we will create a full impact report to show what a difference particiapting schools have made to digital safeguarding.

THE HEP OFFER DETAILS
At Seqrd Technology (t/a SchoolsMobile) we like to keep things simple.
Every child can be protected
SchoolsMobile will protect all children at your school, and there is no limit on the number of devices per child (our fair use policy does apply!).
Protection will work anywhere, anytime and on any connection.
We will be there to help
The HEP initiative is fully supported throughout the free period and indeed beyond. We will provide the following support and service:
- Templates and documents for parent communications from the school
- A dedicated engagement team to provide day-to-day support an contact
- Live online sessions for parents
- Telephone and online support for parents from 8.30am to 6.00pm daily (UK)
Risk for free protection for 6 Months
The service is free from they day you choose to deploy until 30th November 2024.
You will have 21 days to notify us of your choice of one of the following - we will send you a series of reminder and updates and be in regular contact:
- Continue the service (to cover all children at your school) for just £4999 per annum – an 80% discount to our standard pricing.
- Ask parents to pay for the service directly to us at a cost of £3.00 per month per child
- Ask us to turn the service off
Impact
Through working with many schools, we know that it only takes a few days to demonstrate the effectiveness of our platform; however, at the end of the free period, we will provide you with an impact report to see the difference you have made.
